Ribbon Fern, 1000 Seeds

• Up for sale is ribbon fern or brake fern, Pteris cretica, 1000 spores.
• This variety of ribbon fern is hardier than most ribbon ferns and can withstand winter cold down to 10 degrees f. Mine got down to 16 degrees f. Last winter without one brown spot on any leaf.
• It is a very pretty, airy, bright-green fern that gets up to 18" tall and wide. It will grow wider as it gets older. It's not picky about soil type and can thrive well in basic potting soil. The mixture should be well-draining and easy to keep moist, but it should not get boggy or waterlogged. Generally, any peat-based mixture will do just fine. Humidity is a must.
