  • Due to the nature of our products, seeds, plants, bulbs, and rhizomes are non-returnable.
  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with supporting photos.
  • We are not responsible for item mishandling and usage. Sale items cannot be returned.
  • Refunds or replacements are issued at our discretion.

For Seeds And Bulbs

  • We provide fresh seeds and bulbs with good quality and more than 95% germination. Please contact us if you need help in the planting process.
  • Some seeds may be a bit difficult to germinate, in which case a lot of patience and time is required, this is normal if the seeds do not germinate in a short time. Several months will be required for some seeds.
  • Seeds and bulbs are living products that depend on many important factors in their cultivation such as proper planting time, seed depth, soil type, soil conditions, light intensity, watering, proper use of fertilizers, weed control, fungicides, insecticides, and reasonable weather during the plant growth period. These factors are completely beyond the control of the seller, the results of germination and growth are the responsibility and risk of the buyer. 

For Fruit Trees and Live Plant

  • It is very common for plants to experience stress from shipping. It is quite possible for them to arrive with wilted or yellowed leaves due to stress. It is also possible for some or all of the leaves to fall off during or shortly after shipping. It is also common for some leaves to bend or break during shipment. This is nothing to worry about, as long as the main stem is not broken and looks healthy, the plant should be fine.
  • If the plant arrives in a wilted state, water it and place it in a sunny spot and it should recover soon. Please be patient, give plenty of water and wait a few weeks for the plant to recover and get new leaves. You have a 14-day warranty with us where we replace the item or refund your money back. I guarantee it will recover looking at this condition.

In exceptional cases where returns are granted, the buyer should be responsible for the return shipping costs to our specified address.
