• This rare and unusual purple to pink Queen Ann's lace has up to a thousand tiny flowers produced in delicate, lacy, 2-5" clusters. As the seeds ripen, the seed head curls inward to form a "birds' nest" shape and then turns brown leaving tall stalks of "bird nests" waving in the breeze.
• I cut out any stray white flowers to keep the rich dark purple or pink flowers.
• The lacy flowers make long lasting cut flowers and a lovely filler in arrangements with other flowers. They are commonly used in the flower trade.
