• Himalayan Honeysuckle bushes are easily grown from seeds. This semi deciduous shrub from the Himalayas grows up to 7' tall and 6' wide. In summer thru fall it blooms white flowers then continues to bloom down the chains that form purple bracts with red to black berries below, resembling a hanging pagoda.
• The edible berries are made in to jams and jellies or eaten right from the plant.
• In zones 8-10 they are an evergreen, in colder regions it may die down to the ground in winter then regrow in spring. If the seeds are planted indoors in early spring they will start blooming in august, otherwise they will bloom in their second year and every year after.
