Pure white Snowball Cauliflower is used in the kitchen in multiple cuisines: pickled, roasted, pizza crusts, riced, pureed, and mashed in place of conventional mashed potatoes. A great choice for Northern and Southern gardens, Snowball Cauliflower reliably produces heavy yields of 6-6 1/2 in., pure white heads, or curds. Its large wrapper leaves protect the heads from the sun. A self-blanching variety, Snowball Cauliflower does not require tying the leaves to protect the heads.
