• Mouse Melon aka Mexican sour gherkin, Cucamelon, Sandita. Miniature ( 2" ) oval melons look like tiny watermelons and are surprisingly crunchy, with a refreshing tart taste that's somewhere between cucumber and fava beans. Great for pickles, stir fries, fresh salads or raw with a dip. These little melons grow on a climbing vine that are ideal for growing on a fence, trellis in containers or the garden.
