Soil temperature must be at least 70° F for seed germination and 80° is best, so keep them in a warm area for the best and fastest results. Start pepper seeds three or 4 to a pot, and thin out the weakest seedling. Once established and danger of frost has passed, plant in fertile soil 30" apart.
