• You Will Get 5 Seeds Dioscorea Alata Purple Yam
• This is a beautiful vine, that gets glossy green heart shaped leaves and it also produces unique purple tubers, that are supposedly edible, although I have not personally tried them yet.
• I will add here that in some areas, such as portions of Florida, this can grow aggressively and is best avoided in such areas, unless it is grown in a fully contained area.
• In zone 8 they are not invasive in any way from my observations, and are simply beautiful vines.
• They are hardy to at least USDA zone 8, and possibly colder.
• These plants would make excellent additions to your rare plant collection, or just make a unique statement in your yard.
